We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive our direct sales resulting in a number of contracts closed and top-line revenue for the organization.
What You’ll Do- This is an outcome-based tole where number of closed deals matters.
- Sell firstly the idea of robotics to the customer, then engineering robotic projects, then Abagy software. It’s not selling a catalog item, but rather defining the solution for each particular customer. After a sales call with you, our customers should feel invigorated and educated.
- Drive the sales process from discovery to contract execution for organization’s products and services. Abagy can act as a General Contractor for robotic solutions, hardware integrator and software vendor and integrator.
- Manage sales pipeline and build strong partnerships with customers.
- Field new prospective customers and perform customer discovery interviews.
- Detailed and thorough understanding of customers’ production process and details; processing customer requests with the Technical Sales Manager and Engineering team; creating ROI calculations and commercial proposals.
- Focus on identifying and solving the needs of our customers, rather than “selling” our product.
- Conduct online and in-person meetings, business trips, webinars.
- Help define product needs for the Development and Engineering teams based on customer feedback.
Who You Are- You have 3-5+ years of successful professional experience in sales of industrial equipment, industrial solutions, technology-related solutions or robotic systems.
- You understand and have experience in managing the full sales cycle with customer development approach and contract execution.
- You understand manufacturing and our target audience process-related challenges.
- You know how to quickly establish and maintain relationships with customers and decision makers.
- You genuinely love listening, and uncovering people’s pain points, and turning those into breakthrough moments, willing to contact and sell to people you've never met.
- You love making offers, closing deals, and know-how to navigate the “I need to think about it”.
- You are an extremely hard worker who doesn’t “show up”, and “hope someone signs up” but comes early, stays late, and does whatever it takes to close deals.
- You like the idea of working in a start-up environment and understand that it’s not a huge corporation with limited job functions for each position.
- You are tolerant of the changing environment and uncertainty.
- You are able to receive, and implement feedback.
